Huperzia.

Family Lycopodiaceae.
There are over 200 species with 12, known as Tassel Ferns, found in Australia.
They are usually clustered, epiphytic on plants or rocks but will grow on the ground.
The vegetative stems are forked.
The leaves are simple (undivided) and linear to lanceolate.
Fertile leaves have one kidney-shaped sporangium at their base (similar to mosses).
