Crinum bulbispermum

Crinum bulbispermum.

The grey-green, arching, strap-like leaves are up to 90 cm long.
Leafless inflorescence stalks can be 70 to 80 cm high.

There are up to 12 flowers in an umbel at the top.
The trumpet-shaped perianth, with 6 tepals is up to 10 cm long.

They are pink, or white with pink flushes and have a red or pink stripe.
The colours are variable and include white with a red or green keel to all red.
Colours may get darker as the flower ages.

Cultivars and hybrids include pure white flowers, pink with a white throat and reddish-purple with white spots.
